1. Who we are
This policy is issued by YADRITRANS TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("YadriTrans Tech", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here. It applies to yadritranstech.com, the YTPublishers application, and our other products and communications (the "Service"). 2. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — name, email address, password, and any profile details you add.
- Billing information — plan, billing address and transaction history. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited details (such as card brand, last four digits and status) but do not store full card numbers.
- Content you submit — manuscripts, text, prompts, outlines, images, metadata and other materials you upload to or generate in the Service ("Your Content"), and the output files produced for you.
- Support and other communications — messages you send us, including via the contact form or email.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and log data — actions taken in the Service, features used, files processed, timestamps, and error logs.
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and produce the output you request.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and send billing notices (with Stripe).
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To improve and develop the Service, using aggregated or de-identified usage data.
- To send service and transactional messages, and — only with your consent where required — product news and marketing, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. How we handle Your Content
We process Your Content only to provide the Service to you: to store it, convert and format it, generate drafts or suggestions you request, and deliver output files. Generating drafts, formatting and suggestions may involve trusted third-party AI providers acting as our processors under contract.
- We do not use Your Content to train our own or any third party's machine-learning models.
- We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.
- We do not share Your Content except with the service providers needed to run the Service (section 6) or where required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our public website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. The application uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. Web fonts are served through Bunny Fonts, a privacy-focused provider that does not set cookies or log identifying data. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies or analytics, we will ask for your consent where required by law and give you controls to manage them. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers acting on our instructions — cloud hosting and storage (which may include Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, customer support tooling, AI processing providers, and analytics. They are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety — to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of YadriTrans Tech, our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.
7. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting and security needs. Your Content is retained while your account is active; when you delete Your Content or your account, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except for copies retained in routine backups (which are deleted on a rolling schedule) or where retention is required by law.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@yadritranstech.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EEA / UK users: our legal bases are performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California and other US state residents: you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and — because we do not sell or share personal information — no opt-out of sale is needed. You may use an authorized agent.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version took effect.
