1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
This website and the software products described on it are operated by YADRITRANS TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("YadriTrans Tech", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, subscribing to, accessing or using any of our websites, applications or services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
YadriTrans Tech builds software-as-a-service products. Our first product, YTPublishers, is a web application that helps authors produce publish-ready books: it converts a manuscript, or generates a draft from a prompt or outline you provide, and produces formatted output such as EPUB and print-ready PDF files, with automated layout and typesetting. Specific features, limits and plan inclusions are described on the relevant product or pricing page and may change over time.
The Service is provided for your own use in producing your own content. It is not a publisher, a literary agent, or a distributor, and it does not guarantee that any output will be accepted by, or perform on, any third-party retail or distribution platform.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at contact@yadritranstech.com of any unauthorized use.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account, and accounts may not be shared or resold.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals
- Plans and fees. Paid features are offered on subscription plans and/or usage-based pricing described at the point of purchase. All fees are stated in US dollars unless noted otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect for your subscription; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is received.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your content
- You own your content. You retain all rights in the manuscripts, text, prompts, images and other materials you upload or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content or of the books you produce.
- Licence to operate the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process and display Your Content solely to provide, secure, support and improve the Service for you, and as needed to produce the output you request.
- We do not train models on Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell Your Content or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the Service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
- Your responsibilities. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for how you use any output.
6. AI-assisted features
Some features use automated and AI-based processing to generate drafts, formatting, summaries or suggestions. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-original or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before you use or publish it, including checking facts, rights and originality. The Service does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that depicts or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors; to violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the Service; to resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or to use the Service in violation of applicable export, sanctions or other laws.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates, trademarks and content we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by YadriTrans Tech or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with or relies on third parties, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and AI providers, and may let you connect to retail or distribution platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Availability, changes and beta features
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may offer features labelled "beta" or "early access" that are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn.
11. Termination
- By you. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where practical and lawful we will give notice.
- Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of Your Content within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course (see our Privacy Policy for retention details).
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, original, or accepted by any third party.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YadriTrans Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YadriTrans Tech and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
