Contevra Data Deletion

Delete a local CRM record

Open the record in Contevra and choose Delete. This removes that record from the app's local storage on your device, and — if you're signed in with synchronization on — removes it from your active synchronized CRM the next time it syncs. It does not necessarily erase every earlier version of that record from Contevra's Drive synchronization history; see "Delete Contevra's Google Drive CRM data" below for complete historical removal.

Delete phone-only application data

To delete individual phone-only records, delete them one at a time from within Contevra as described above. To remove all local Contevra information from your device at once — including phone-only records that were never synchronized — use Android's own app storage controls:

Android Settings → Apps → Contevra → Storage → Clear storage

Menu names and steps can differ between Android manufacturers and Android versions — look for an equivalent "Storage" or "Clear data" option for the Contevra app if your device's wording is different. Clearing storage removes local app data and cannot be undone.

Delete Contevra's Google Drive CRM data

Deleting individual records (above) removes them from your active synchronized CRM state, but synchronization keeps a history, so earlier versions can still exist in Contevra's Drive synchronization history. To remove that history completely, use the complete deletion action. The expected path is:

Contevra → Settings → Synchronization → Delete Drive CRM data

• ✓ You'll be asked to reauthenticate with Google before the deletion proceeds.
• ✓ This full deletion is permanent and removes Contevra's CRM history from Drive.
• ✓ It does not delete records that remain on your device locally — delete those separately using "Delete phone-only application data" above.
• ✓ An empty deletion marker is left in place, so a stale device that's still signed in can't later resynchronize and restore the information you erased.
• ✓ If you use Contevra on more than one device, finish or pause synchronization on the other signed-in devices first, so they don't resynchronize the deleted data.
• ✓ While Contevra is in private testing, this build cannot restart Drive synchronization for an account after a full Drive deletion on that account — this is a known temporary limitation that will be fixed before Contevra's public Google Play release.
• ✓ Menu names can change slightly between app versions — always follow the exact steps shown inside Contevra rather than this page if they differ.

Remove Contevra's Google authorization

You can revoke Contevra's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking authorization stops Contevra's future access to your Google account, but it does not by itself delete information already stored locally on your device or already stored in your Google Drive — use the sections above for that.

Google Contacts

If you enabled Google Contacts synchronization, you can review and manage your Google Contacts directly at contacts.google.com. Contevra never automatically deletes a Google Contact: deleting a CRM contact in Contevra suppresses future reimport of that entry but preserves the original in your Google Contacts. Deleting a contact in Google Contacts preserves its CRM history in Contevra and unlinks the two records — Contevra does not automatically recreate the deleted Google Contact.
