1. Provider and scope
Contevra CRM ("Contevra" or the "app") is developed and published by YADRITRANS TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("YadriTrans Tech", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to your use of Contevra for Android. They do not govern our separate YTPublishers product or general website services.
2. What Contevra does
Contevra helps you capture business cards and contact QR codes, organize professional contacts, track opportunities, and schedule follow-ups. Some features, including Google sign-in, Google Drive synchronization, Google Contacts synchronization, camera access, Android backup, and reminder notifications, are optional and require the permissions or settings described in the Contevra Privacy Policy. Feature availability can vary by device, Android version, region, and plan.
Review scanned and synchronized contact details before relying on them. Recognition, synchronization, and reminders may be incomplete or delayed, including because of device settings, connectivity, or third-party service availability.
3. Your records and responsible use
You remain responsible for the contact and CRM information you enter, import, scan, or synchronize and for having the right to use it. Use Contevra lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of the people whose details you manage. Do not use the app to harass others, send unlawful communications, interfere with the app or its services, or access data without authorization.
Contevra can be used in phone-only mode without signing in. You control whether to enable the optional Google services. The Contevra Privacy Policy explains where your data is stored, how optional synchronization works, and how to delete it.
4. Free features and Pro subscription
Core contact-management features are available without a paid subscription. Advanced CRM workflows may require an optional Contevra Pro subscription. The app and Google Play purchase screen show the benefits, current price, currency, taxes, billing period, automatic renewal, and any offer terms before you subscribe. We will describe material changes to paid benefits or prices through the app or Google Play as required by applicable law.
Contevra Pro subscriptions purchased in the Android app are billed through Google Play. They renew for the billing period you select until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase. Uninstalling Contevra does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to Google Play's terms and applicable law.
For a refund, use Google Play's refund process or contact support@yadritranstech.com for help with a purchase. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's applicable policies and your legal rights.
5. Google and other services
When you choose Google sign-in, Drive or Contacts synchronization, Google processes the relevant information under its own terms and privacy policies. Actions such as calling, emailing, messaging, or opening a website may use another app or service you select. Those services may have their own terms. Contevra does not require Google synchronization to use phone-only core features.
6. Availability and updates
We may update Contevra to improve functionality, security, and compatibility. We aim to keep the app available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every scan, synchronization, reminder, or third-party integration will work without error. Back up important information using the options available to you and verify critical records independently. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
